New Feature: Share Your Checklists
  • We are very proud to announce the release of a new feature: Share Your Workload!

    Today we have released a new feature that allows you to share your checklists with friends, colleagues and family. Sharing is very simple: go to the checklist, click on the share link at the top right and the share panel will open. Either select someone from your existing contacts (click on the green + )or invite someone new by entering his/ her name and email address. We will send them and invitation and once they approve, they will have access to your checklist (and only that checklist). You can then both work on the checklist: set reminders, mark tasks as completed, add/remove tasks or groups etc. If at any time you wish to make changes to the list of contacts you share the checklist with, simply open the share panel again and remove them by clicking on the red X.

    You can also view a list of all your contacts by clicking on the Contacts link (bottom right column). Use this page to accept invitations from others, invite others or (hopefully not needed) to remove a contact.
