can users please rate 'experts'

    I would like the possibility to rate experts. For example I'll give 'knees n toes is a Checklist expert' 1 star. I'm afraid she (I think) is only here to fill in a big profile advertising her boutiques. Also limit the amount of blabla in profiles?
